What We Do
Quarterly Membership Meetings.
The quarterly meetings bring together members and constituents to discuss issues affecting health and wellness in our rural community. Meetings include presentations by topic experts and a networking breakfast. Meetings are offered at no cost to members. Non-members may attend these meetings for the cost of $10.00.
Meetings may address topics such as:

Access to care for people with disabilities

Community health workers
Diabetes prevention and management
Food access
Health networks and coalitions
Health promotion
HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment

Annual Meeting of the Membership.
The Annual Meeting of the Membership takes place in the month of November each year. At the Annual Meeting the Membership the members elect members of the Board of Directors, set the amount of the annual membership dues for the following calendar year, receive reports on the activities of the Corporation, and vote on amending or revising the Bylaws, if requested by the Board of Directors.
